Colonel’s House is an apartment building renovation project aiming to create a modern and elegant living space in the heart of Riga’s Quiet Centre – Pulkveza Brieza street 15.

The project consists of two neoclassical buildings forming an enclosed courtyard with a small park and convenient parking space for cars and bicycles. There are 85 apartments and 2 commercial premises.

The project developer is River Properties, an experienced real estate developer, which has also engaged renowned architect Dita Lapiņa and interior design studio Komare to renovate the building, aiming to combine the elegance of modern living with the historic charm of the building.
